AA/AS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technologies/Technicians

The Electronics Systems major in Electrical Engineering Technology prepares graduates for varied engineering-related work, from computer design and repair to telecommunications and microelectronics. Students earn an Associate of Applied Science, and the curriculum also forms a sound base for moving on to a related four-year degree. The plan of study runs six semesters. Sibling majors in biomedical equipment and power systems are available for students whose interests lie elsewhere in electrical technology. Cincinnati State lists this program under the code ESET.AAS. The semester-by-semester curriculum is published with lecture and lab hours for each course, and prospective students can contact the program chair or an advisor before applying through the college.
