MA/MS in Educational Administration and Supervision

This program trains people for leadership and supervisory jobs in schools, companies and human service organizations. It uses ideas, studies and research approaches from the social sciences. The curriculum is built around how organizations work, how to lead, and curriculum design and the issues facing administrators and other educational leaders. It also examines administrative and supervisory functions in a variety of settings. The degree is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education for Principal Licensure and the Teacher Leader Endorsement. This version is delivered online.
