This online master's program is designed for working educators who want a graduate credential without leaving the classroom. Students build a personalized degree by selecting eight elective courses that match their own career direction, and a teaching license is not a condition of enrollment. Licensed teachers can use their elective choices to work toward additional endorsements, including learning behavior specialist, English as a second language and middle grades, provided they pass any required exam. Transfer credit is accepted, the schedule is flexible, and faculty advisors offer one-to-one guidance. The curriculum spans ten courses, with material on resolving conflict, counseling in schools, leading organizations, managing at the building level, coaching colleagues and developing curricula. The program is delivered entirely online and is aimed at teachers and others in the education community.
