AA/AS in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications

This applied associate degree prepares students for work with current and emerging information systems, including network design, infrastructure, services and security. Students get hands-on time with equipment from several vendors. The plan includes networking, Python, Linux, cybersecurity, server administration, ethical hacking and cyber threat intelligence, plus project management and general education. It runs four semesters and totals 60 units. Graduates may find jobs ranging from small office network administration to large enterprise networks. Applied degrees are mainly aimed at employment, and a cumulative GPA of 2.0 is needed to graduate.
