MA/MS in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Professions

The Master of Occupational Therapy prepares students for entry-level practice as occupational therapists across healthcare, education and community environments. It joins demanding academics with hands-on learning and a student-centered approach built on small classes and personal faculty mentoring. The page explains that graduates of master's and entry-level doctoral programs are both eligible to take the national certification examination and seek state licensure, and that employers hire both groups into the same roles. A master's program is typically shorter, so students can reach clinical practice and begin earning sooner. The program suits people who want to help others reach their goals and overcome challenges through meaningful work. The program offers a direct route to licensure for those committed to the profession.
