AA/AS in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians

The Engineering Design program at Wharton County Junior College pairs technical drafting with industry CAD software and leads to an Associate of Applied Science. Software used includes AutoCAD and Inventor, plus Civil 3D and Revit, along with MicroStation and Solidworks. The degree takes two years, and a one-year Level I certificate in architectural design offers a shorter path whose courses apply to the degree.
