Requirements
Admission Requirements: Direct entry requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and to have successfully completed English 10-2, or, for graduates of Aurora College's Occupations and College Access Program (OCAP), English 140. Mature applicants 20 or older, out of school at least one year, with relevant work or life experience may qualify through an interview and/or placement test. No English-language proficiency test score is published for this programme. All applicants must submit official high school and post-secondary transcripts, a satisfactory Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Check, proof of compliance with the NWT Immunization Schedule and tuberculosis screening, and CPR/First Aid certification (typically required by the end of September). Priority admission is given to Indigenous applicants, long-term NWT residents, and OCAP graduates whose applications are complete before April 1. Students with related post-secondary coursework may receive transfer credit.
