Health and Human Services Management Post-Diploma Certificate

The Health and Human Services Management Post-Diploma Certificate builds on a completed diploma or degree in health or human services to prepare graduates for supervisory and management roles in social work, early childhood, disability services, nursing, and related sectors. The program can be completed in as little as two terms (eight months) of full-time study or spread over up to three years for students who prefer a slower pace. Learning is offered through flexible options, including daytime, evening, and online classes. Coursework focuses on management skills and knowledge specific to health and human-services settings, building on the clinical or direct-service skills graduates already hold from their prior diploma or degree. The program is delivered by Bow Valley College and is intended for working professionals already employed in, or entering, health and human-services management roles.
