The Esports Business Management Diploma prepares students for business roles in the competitive gaming industry. In the final term, students host an esports event at Bow Valley College's Esports Arena in partnership with an industry employer, applying their learning to a live production. Graduates receive a diploma from Bow Valley College and are prepared for roles in esports event management, marketing, and business operations. Admission requires a credit in English Language Arts 30-1, a minimum of 65% in English Language Arts 30-2, or an equivalent, along with a credit in Math 30-1 or Math 30-2, or an equivalent. Applicants may also qualify through GED completion with minimum scores of 520 in Interpreting Literature and Art, Writing Skills, and Math, or through satisfactory results on the college's Admission and Placement Test. Intakes run in September and January.
