Computer Information Systems Administration Diploma is a diploma in Information Systems & Technology programme taught at British Columbia Institute of Technology in Burnaby, Canada. The programme runs for 2 years, delivered on campus. Teaching is in English. Tuition is CAD 12,800 per total for local students.
This diploma builds a broad skill set for administering computer networks and systems, aimed at IT infrastructure work over computer engineering or software coding paths. Training mixes theory with practical experience aimed at installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems and hardware. Graduates may go on to work with manufacturer partners such as Cisco, HP, or IBM, or with internet service providers, government bodies, hospitals, airports, and other organisations.
