The Master of Professional Accounting (ISP) is a course-based graduate program offered by the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, designed for international students. It combines an intensive Business English component with Canadian accounting coursework, preparing graduates for careers in accounting within a Canadian business context. The program can be completed in 12 months without a co-op placement, or in 12 months plus an additional four-to-twelve-month co-op placement. Entry is in August (Spring term), with an application deadline of May 1. The program is not funded. Admission requires a four-year bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution, with a minimum average of 75% over the last two years of study, plus proof of English language proficiency for applicants who require it. Applicants submit transcripts, two references, a statement of interest, a resume, and English test scores where applicable, and may be required to complete a personal interview. Due to changes by CPA Ontario to its Professional Program, the program is under review for the Spring 2027 intake.
