Brock University's Bachelor of Science in Applied Grape and Wine Science, offered through the Faculty of Mathematics and Science, is the only degree of its kind at a Canadian university. Brock's institution-wide minimum for Ontario applicants is an overall average of 70% across six Grade 12 U/M courses, and the programme page states its recent expected cut-off has run in the mid-70s. Application Deadline:For current Ontario secondary-school applicants, Brock's OUAC deadline for all undergraduate programmes is January 15, 2027, with offers to be accepted by June 1, 2027; programmes may still accept applications after this date if capacity allows. Brock states no fixed deadline for Canadian residents or international applicants who are not currently attending an Ontario high school (OUAC 105 or direct international application) — these are reviewed without a published equal-consideration or final date. Several programmes, including BA (Hons) Game Design, carry a separate February 1, 2027 supplementary-document deadline.
