For Saskatchewan high school applicants, the Faculty of Arts requires a 70% admission average across English Language Arts A30, two approved 30-level Math, Science, Language, or Social Science courses, and one additional approved 30-level course; applicants averaging 60-69.99% are admitted instead to the Arts Qualifying Year. International and other applicants must also meet the university's English language proficiency requirement, satisfied by an IELTS Academic overall band of 6.5 (no band below 6.0), a TOEFL iBT (1-6 scale) overall score of 4.5 with each of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing at least 4, a PTE Academic score of 59 (no area below 59), a Duolingo English Test score of 120, or a CAEL score of 60, unless prior education was completed in English.
