Overview
The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program at Capilano University is a foundation-level, tuition-free English-language pathway for students whose first language is not English, delivered on the North Vancouver campus with full-time and part-time study options. Incoming students take a placement test that determines which of the sequenced EAP courses (EAP 050, 060, 080 and 090) they begin at, and progress through levels that build academic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
