Administrative Work Coordination (AEC) is an Attestation of College Studies delivered entirely online by Cégep de Sherbrooke's Centre de formation continue, over 18 months (1,110 hours) on a full-time daytime schedule. The program develops competencies in coordinating administrative teams, using standard office software, and applying artificial-intelligence tools to administrative tasks, preparing graduates to take on administrative-agent responsibilities in an organization. It is designed for adult learners returning to study or transitioning into administrative-coordination roles. On completion, graduates are prepared for positions such as administrative agent, office agent, secretary, administrative assistant, or administrative coordinator in public-sector, private-sector, professional-services, and other organizational settings. The AEC is a workforce-oriented continuing-education credential rather than a diploma of college studies (DEC), and admission is processed through the Centre de formation continue. The next cohort begins in the Winter 2027 term.
