Cert in Human Resources Management Techniques - Part-Time Evening

This attestation of college studies (AEC) prepares participants for support roles across the various areas of human resources management, developing the general competencies a human resources support agent needs to work autonomously. The program totals 945 hours over 28 months, delivered online with classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., plus one Saturday in three from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A required internship is completed in person and can be arranged within the student's own region. Graduates are prepared to provide administrative and operational support to human resources departments across a range of organizations. Admission requires a Secondary School Diploma with at least two consecutive sessions or one school year of interrupted study, a Diploma of Vocational Studies, or an equivalent to Secondary V.
