Overview
This continuing-education certificate prepares students to carry out human-resources management functions effectively, covering the core areas of HR practice within organizations. Coursework builds practical competencies applicable to recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration. The program totals 30 credits, with up to 15 credits eligible for recognition of prior learning, and takes a minimum of five part-time sessions to complete.
