Admission Requirements: Admission requires Grade 12 or its equivalent, or at least five years of work experience in place of that credential. The program page itself sets an advanced-level English requirement, recommending an IELTS Academic overall band score of 7.0. Some prior experience in a people-focused role, such as customer service, or in a professional or business setting, is recommended but not stated as a strict prerequisite. There is no formal application deadline: applicants may take individual courses and apply to the certificate at any time, and a non-refundable $99 program application fee applies when the formal application is submitted.
