The Business School will be offering a variety of delivery modes for new students in all programs. These can include, asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, hybrid, and on-campus deliveries, including evenings and weekends. While you gain a wide range of administrative skills, you'll also polish your communication and human relations techniques. In small classes, experienced professors will lead you through The Business School offering, which will employ practical application of topics such as: Word processing Document production Office procedures Computer applications Keyboarding and Transcription Communications Cloud computing Desktop technologies Career planning and networking The resulting Office Administration - General program credential will ensure you're career-ready for a variety of administrative assistant positions.
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status at 19 or older, plus a Grade 12 English College or University preparation course, or a pass on Centennial's English Admission Test. The programme page defers standardized-test scores to the college's general language-proficiency page, whose Standard Programs scale applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 with no band under 5.5, TOEFL iBT 67 with Reading at least 16 and Writing at least 23, PTE Academic 51 or higher, or Duolingo 105 or higher. No portfolio, interview, or minimum admission GPA is published; graduation instead requires a minimum keyboarding speed of 40 words per minute and a 2.0 program GPA.

Application Deadline:Centennial publishes no application deadline for this program; what follows is the Ontario college cycle that governs it. Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for a program starting in Fall 2027 the equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027, and applications arriving after it are still assessed, but first-come first-served while places remain. Across the Ontario college system the application opened on 26 September 2026, offers may be issued from 1 November 2026, and an offer must be accepted by 1 May 2027. One $150 fee covers up to five program choices. International applicants apply directly to Centennial through its own international application process and are assessed on a rolling basis across the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes; the college publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
