Diploma in Office Management

Office Management is a diploma program offered by the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) that prepares students for positions carrying administrative responsibilities tied to the day-to-day operation of a business. Coursework provides practical training in software used for administrative office management and develops personal qualities such as autonomy, organization, discretion, professionalism, and a sense of ethics and responsibility expected of office staff. The program totals 60 weeks of training, including workplace practicums, and is offered at the Bathurst, Dieppe, Edmundston, and Péninsule acadienne campuses.
