This Bachelor of Arts major in Journalism, delivered through Concordia's Department of Journalism on the Loyola campus, combines practical newsroom training with study of the social, economic, political, and ideological contexts in which journalism is practised. Concordia sets the same formal deadlines for U.S. and international applicants but strongly recommends applying earlier - by 1 February 2027 for Fall or 1 August 2026 for Winter - to allow time for immigration processing. Late applications are considered if space remains, and Concordia does not publish a separate application-opening date.
