Overview
The Certificate in Pastoral Care prepares students to provide emotional, spiritual and practical support in settings such as churches, hospitals and prisons, developing counselling and group facilitation skills through practical training. It is offered by the Department of Theological Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Science. The 30-credit certificate is delivered on campus at the Sir George Williams campus and is normally completed in one year of full-time study.
