Overview
The Graduate Certificate in Curatorial Studies and Practices at Concordia University comprises 15 credits combining introductory and advanced seminars in curatorial theory and practice, an exhibition concept design course, and one elective. A practicum component lets students develop curatorial projects on campus in the dedicated Curatorial lab or at partnered cultural venues across Montreal, with the practicum offered in the summer term. The programme runs for one year, starting in the Fall term, on the Sir George Williams campus. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants need a bachelor's degree in museology, art history, curatorial studies, visual arts, art education, cultural or history studies, or a related field. Applicants with relevant professional experience, a non-traditional educational path, or lived experience are considered based on their application dossier.
