PGCert in Global Hospitality Management (Optional Co-op)

Global Hospitality Management is a one-year, three-term post-graduate certificate open to international students with a background or interest in the hospitality industry. The program complements an already earned diploma or degree in business, hospitality, tourism or a related field, building essential management and operational knowledge, skills and abilities for hospitality organizations through a combination of theory and practice. Students earn the BASICS.fst Food Safe Handler Certificate, Smart Serve Ontario Certificate and WHMIS Certificate as part of the program, adding recognized industry credentials to their qualifications. Graduates are prepared for supervisory or entry management positions in hospitality organizations, and completion of the program can form part of a pathway to apply for a Canadian work visa, giving international students a route from study into the Canadian hospitality workforce.
