Overview
This Diploma of Graduate Studies (DESS) in Automated Manufacturing Engineering, focused on intelligent systems, is a 30-credit second-cycle program at ÉTS Montréal for engineers and professionals seeking advanced knowledge in the field. Students develop skills to identify technological needs in enterprises and facilitate technology transfer within industry. Three pathways are available: two mandatory workshops plus four or five specialized courses and a 15-credit project; two workshops plus seven or eight courses and a six-credit technical project; or nine to ten courses. Full-time completion takes four sessions (five maximum); part-time completion takes eight sessions (ten maximum). Courses are offered during the day, evening, and in some intensive formats.
