The DESS (graduate diploma) in BIM and digital innovations, offered by École de Technologie Supérieure, prepares engineers and construction professionals to master building information modelling technology and lead digital innovation in the construction, real estate and building-operations sectors. The 30-credit programme includes two mandatory workshops, seven mandatory courses and three elective courses, covering topics such as digital fabrication, robotics and artificial intelligence alongside BIM implementation and change management. Full-time students typically complete the programme in four sessions, part-time students in eight, and instruction is offered during the day, in the evening and in some intensive formats. Admission takes place in the Fall and Winter terms.
