Overview
Students who have completed the two-year business diploma program can continue for a third year to earn an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in business administration management.Students will explore subject matter including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, performance management, social responsibility, sustainability, organizational change, global business and creativity and innovation in business. Additionally, students foster the decision-making skills that are in demand in today's economy. Experiential learning is integral to the program, allowing students to explore management in practice and apply their skills.

Admission Requirements: Entry to this third-year Business Administration - Leadership and Management Advanced Diploma requires one of: a Fanshawe Business Ontario College Diploma with a minimum 2.5 final cumulative GPA; an equivalent diploma from another institution judged equivalent at the same 2.5 GPA; or a combination of related education and work experience the College judges equivalent. Graduates may go on to bridge into the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree. English requirement per Fanshawe's institution-wide English Language Requirements table (same table cited on the program page): IELTS Academic overall 6.0/no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT overall 4.5/no section below 4 on the 2026 scale (79 on the pre-2026 scale); PTE Academic, CAEL, Duolingo, Cambridge English and LanguageCert are also listed. Where eligible applicants exceed available seats, Fanshawe ranks by preference for Ontario permanent residents, then by applications received by May 1st, then by strength against the admission requirements, then by preference for Fanshawe's own Business graduates. Advanced standing is available through prior academic credit or PLAR.
