Requirements
Admission Requirements: Entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with Grade 12 English at the C or U level and Grade 11 Mathematics at the M or U level, or Grade 12 Mathematics at the C or U level. Mature applicants (19 or older, with no OSSD) may meet these through George Brown's own Admissions Assessment in English and Math, or through academic upgrading. The program page states no numeric English-language test score of its own; non-OSSD and international applicants are directed to the college's institution-wide evidence-of-English requirement, so current IELTS, TOEFL or PTE thresholds should be confirmed with George Brown directly. Selection is competitive on academic achievement, so meeting the published minimums does not guarantee admission, and applicants may need grades above them. College or university credits may qualify for exemptions through the Transfer Guide.
