Overview
Building Information Modeling Management (T412) is a one-year (three-semester) Ontario College Graduate Certificate at George Brown College providing hands-on training in applying BIM principles across a project's life cycle, from conceptualization to operation. Students work in advanced BIM lab facilities, complete 450 hours of field experience with architectural, engineering, contracting and development firms, and graduate able to deploy BIM tools and management processes in any organization involved in procuring, designing, constructing or operating buildings. The program covers many educational prerequisites for Canada BIM Council certification.

Admission Requirements: Admission to Building Information Modeling Management (Postgraduate) requires a bachelor's degree or three-year Advanced Diploma in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architectural Studies, or Interior Design; a two-year diploma in the same fields is also accepted, subject to a departmental review (resume and interview) for applicants at that level.
