Master of Construction Management

Admission Requirements: This Master's Degree normally requires a four-year (Honours) bachelor's degree, or an equivalent, in construction management, civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, interior design, building science or another building-related field, together with a minimum GPA of 70 per cent (B-) across the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate study; George Brown states that applicants who fall short academically may still be considered on a combination of academic and industry-specific experience. Applicants with international transcripts must provide proof of English Language Proficiency at the appropriate level; the programme page defers the scores to George Brown's institution-wide policy for postgraduate and master's programmes, which accepts IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each skill band, or TOEFL iBT 88 overall with a minimum of 22 in each skill band. The single intake is in September.
