Overview

SEL partners with customers around the world to ensure the safe, reliable, and economical delivery of electric power. We design, manufacture, and support a complete line of products and services, ranging from generator and transmission protection to distribution automation and control systems. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Georgian College's own admission-requirements page for Electrical Engineering Technology (Co-Op) asks for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature-student status, with Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U). Mature applicants 19 or older without an OSSD, non-secondary-school applicants, and home-schooled applicants can also be considered through equivalent courses, upgrading, a completed GED, or equivalency testing. The page notes that graduates of Georgian's own Electrical Techniques Certificate (ELTQ) may be granted transfer credit into this advanced diploma.
