The Bachelor of Church Music (Music and Worship Emphasis) at Heritage College and Seminary is a four-year, campus-based undergraduate degree combining music training with biblical and theological study. Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma applicants need a minimum 65% overall average across six Grade 12 university-preparatory courses (four at the U level, two at U or M level), with at least 60% in each eligible course and one being U-level English at 60% or above; U-level History is also suggested. Homeschooled and mature (21+) applicants without a diploma may qualify with a SAT score of 950/1600 (or 1420/2400) or a Classic Learning Test score of 60 overall, 60+ per section. All applicants must audition before the admissions committee, including a music theory placement test and a video submission of two contrasting performance pieces. Applicants from outside Ontario need a Grade 12 diploma meeting university entrance requirements. International applicants (assessed individually if American) need TOEFL iBT, IELTS Academic 6.0, or CELPIP-General; a WES evaluation is required and applications should be made nine or more months in advance.

Application Deadline:Heritage College and Seminary sets the same domestic application cut-offs for both its College and Seminary programmes across three intakes: Fall (September start) applications are due no later than 1 September, Winter (January start) no later than 15 December, and Spring/Summer (May start) no later than 15 March; applying earlier reduces the application fee (from $200 down to $50 the further ahead an applicant applies), so admission is effectively rolling with an escalating late fee up to each hard cut-off. International applicants, who are advised to begin in the Fall, must complete their application by 31 March for a Fall start or by 31 July for a Winter start; no international deadline or intake is published for Spring/Summer entry. Heritage applies directly rather than through a third-party service, and none of these recurring dates carries an explicit admission year on the site. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
