Offered by Horizon College and Seminary in Saskatoon, Canada, MA Biblical & Theological Studies is a master's degree in Religious Studies programme. The programme is delivered in a hybrid format. Tuition is CAD 346 per credit for local students.
This 48-credit-hour Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies is offered by Horizon College and Seminary at its Saskatoon campus, full-time or part-time, delivered synchronously or fully asynchronously through onsite, livestream, video-on-demand, online-video, and directed-study formats. The program is structured around theological training, biblical literacy, a focused area of study chosen by the student, and spiritual formation. It concludes with a six-credit capstone project and a pass or fail summative assessment. Students whose undergraduate coursework already covers foundational material may be required to substitute other courses in its place. The program suits students who want to deepen their knowledge of the Bible and theology at a graduate level, including those preparing for ministry-related roles such as teaching, preaching, worship leading, or organizational ministry work, and who value the flexibility of remote or asynchronous study formats alongside the option of on-campus attendance in Saskatoon.
