Admission Requirements: This certificate's own page does not restate secondary-school admission courses; Humber's general admission basis applies instead - an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or an accepted equivalent (a Grade 12 diploma from another province, or Secondary V in Quebec), with domestic applicants applying through ontariocolleges.ca and international applicants applying directly to Humber. The program's own Additional Requirement is a letter of intent of 250 to 300 words summarising the applicant's interest and knowledge of web design and current technologies - demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for web design, experience or education in a related background such as digital media design, computer programming or graphic design, and basic knowledge of hand-coded HTML or languages such as PHP, Java or JavaScript are all assets - with links to work samples optional.
