Admission Requirements: This is Mohawk's own English-for-Academic-Purposes pathway, so admission is by English-language placement rather than academic subject grades: applicants are placed into an EAP semester (level) using standard English-language test scores from IELTS Academic (not the practice test), iTEP Snapshot or Academic, TOEFL iBT, a CLBPT or CLB certificate from a Ministry-approved language school, or Duolingo (full results plus a faculty interview required); scores must be no more than one year old, and at most two approved assessments may be submitted for placement. Mohawk recommends applicants hold a secondary-school diploma or ten years of formal education before entering EAP; a full OSSD or equivalent is required only for progression into Mohawk's diploma or advanced-diploma programs afterward.

International applicants apply via OCAS's International Application Service on a per-intake deadline rather than one annual date: for January 2027 entry, applications opened February 2026 and the submission deadline is 1 November 2026; Mohawk had not yet published a deadline for the September 2027 intake as of this check. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
