The credential requires a minimum of 33 credits (510 hours). Graduates finish with a skill set that combines traditional office-administration expertise with emerging technologies and digital-communication practices. It is offered at the Dawson Creek and Fort St. John campuses and online, with full-time and part-time study options.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Domestic students, and students from countries that practice Standard Written English, must have official transcripts showing one of English 12, English Literature 12, English First Peoples 12, ENGL 050, or ENGL 099 with a 'C' grade or higher, any university-level English course with a 'C' grade or higher, or graduation from the Office Administration - Office Assistant Certificate; applicants who do not meet this must complete the NLC Writing Assessment. International students, and domestic students educated in French or another language, must instead meet NLC's general academic English-language proficiency requirement (Appendix A).
