Overview

Construction Project Management is a two-year diploma covering the principles and practices used to manage construction projects, including contract administration, cost estimating and worksite coordination. Students gain practical experience through exposure to real construction settings alongside classroom instruction, and develop a professional portfolio documenting their work. Graduates are prepared for administrative, project management and supervisory roles within the construction industry, coordinating budgets, schedules, contracts and site personnel across residential and commercial projects. The programme begins each September. International applicants must meet document and English-language requirements that vary by country of origin. Program costs such as textbooks and supplies are additional to tuition.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Admission requires a High School Graduation Diploma or equivalent, including Academic Grade 12 Math and Academic Grade 11 Physics. Applicants who do not have the required academic credits can complete them through NSCC's Academic and Career Connections program. International applicants must meet document and English-language requirements that vary by country of origin.
