The Bachelor of Health Administration (Honours) is a four-year, full-time online program at Ontario Tech University that prepares students for administration and management careers in the health care sector. Applications are accepted from high school graduates as well as diploma-prepared health care workers, and the online delivery allows students to complete the degree while balancing other commitments. Coursework covers operations, management, finance and planning within a range of health care sectors, addressing the development of an integrated, continuum-of-care health system. All students complete a 120-hour practicum placement in their final year, providing experiential learning that connects theory to workplace practice. Graduates pursue roles such as health administrator, health data analyst, health information management technician, health policy analyst and pharmaceutical representative, or continue to graduate studies in health science or a Master's in Health Administration.
