Admission Requirements: Standard admission requires a four-year (or comparable) undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum GPA of B (3.00/4.33) and at least one year of work or volunteer experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, with immersion in multicultural or intercultural settings. Flexible admission is assessed on a sliding scale of post-secondary education against relevant experience: applicants with three or more years of post-secondary education need at least two years of relevant leadership experience, rising to five years of relevant international or intercultural leadership experience for two to three years of post-secondary education, and at least ten years of high-level professional communication leadership experience for less than two years of post-secondary education. The programme page defers to Royal Roads' institution-wide English language proficiency requirements for applicants whose first language is not English: for graduate programs, IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with a minimum 6.5 in writing and speaking and 6.0 in listening and reading, or TOEFL iBT 88 overall with a minimum 24 in writing and 20 in listening, reading and speaking.
