Cert in Business and Entrepreneurship

The Business and Entrepreneurship certificate is a one-year program at SAIT for students pursuing careers as entrepreneurs, business owners, franchisees, managers, or consultants, or seeking to strengthen an existing business. It is delivered in-person at Main Campus or online, with up to five academic years permitted to complete certificate requirements. The curriculum builds core business skills, including applying basic financial and accounting principles and marketing theory in a business setting, and includes four elective courses that let students tailor the program toward their own interests. A capstone course applies classroom learning to a real-world business project, and students may have the opportunity to pursue Microsoft Office Specialist certifications alongside their coursework. The program accepts international applicants; it is not eligible for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). On completion, graduates receive a SAIT Business and Entrepreneurship certificate.
