This one-year, online post-diploma certificate is an employer-sponsored program for IT professionals developing in-house cyber security expertise; applicants must be sponsored by their current employer. More than half of the training takes place in the student's workplace, allowing immediate application of classroom learning. Coursework covers cyber security risk and compliance, incident response and mitigation, vulnerability assessment, ethical hacking, and security operations, using an industry-supported curriculum. Graduates are prepared to challenge certification exams including CompTIA Security+, CompTIA PenTest+, and Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional. The program is intended for employers building internal security team capability rather than for direct individual enrolment, and it is not open to international applicants. Instruction is delivered by industry-experienced faculty using an industry-supported curriculum, giving graduates a grounding in current cyber security tools, practices, and workplace expectations.
