Diploma in Administrative Information Management

SAIT's Administrative Information Management diploma is a two-year, full-time program that prepares students for administrative professional roles across industries such as finance, oil and gas, healthcare, transportation, and technology. Students develop skills in business technology, problem-solving, and collaboration, learning to manage daily business activities, create and organize information using workplace technology, coordinate meetings, oversee office procedures, and produce effective business reports. The curriculum also builds communication, critical thinking, and client service skills, along with professional and ethical workplace conduct. Students earn Microsoft Office certifications, complete a simulated company project, and undertake a four-week practicum placement in a real workplace setting. Graduates are prepared for roles such as coordinator, administrator, and executive assistant, with pathways into human resource management. Classes are delivered in person at SAIT's Main Campus.
