The Master of Arts in Leadership at Trinity Western University trains students in leadership theory and practice through two core curriculum themes: Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. Students select a specialization stream in Business, Education, Health Care, or a General leadership track. The program concludes with a Leadership Integration Project that applies a competency-based leadership model to a real-world context, and an optional thesis track is available for students pursuing further academic research. Full-time students typically complete the degree in 17 months, while part-time students take up to 2.5 years. The program admits new students in September, January, and May. It is designed for working professionals and emerging leaders across sectors seeking graduate-level training in organizational and personal leadership development.
