BA/BS in Baccalauréat en études anglaises

The Baccalauréat en études anglaises is a three-year, 90-credit undergraduate program in English literary studies at Université de Montréal's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Students study a range of genres of English-language literature to develop critical analysis of anglophone cultural production, with courses and assignments primarily in English. An honours track (cheminement Honor) is available for students beginning research training, and an optional 6-credit professional internship can be added to the degree. Exchange opportunities include partner universities such as Leeds and Oxford Brookes. Students have access to specialized language labs using CAN-8 and Key software. The program is offered full-time or part-time, on-campus in Montreal, with intakes in both fall and winter.
