This bachelor's degree prepares students to teach science and technology at the secondary level in Quebec, leading to a teaching certificate from the province's Ministry of Education. The 120-credit, on-campus program is split evenly between a common pedagogical core (60 credits) and disciplinary science and technology courses (60 credits), developing competencies in educational intervention and differentiated instruction for students with learning difficulties. Admission is offered each September. Entry is available through a Quebec DEC in Natural Sciences, Sciences-Letters-Arts, Human Sciences, or Computer Science-Mathematics (or equivalent), a credential from outside Quebec after at least 13 years of schooling, prior university study, or a route for applicants without these credentials who meet a competitive selection review. Non-francophone applicants must document French proficiency.
