This Graduate Diploma in Regional and Territorial Development is a 30-credit, second-cycle program at Universite du Quebec a Rimouski that examines the social, cultural, historical, economic, political, and environmental dimensions of regional development. Coursework builds multidisciplinary understanding of the complex situations facing regional actors and develops competencies for proposing and guiding social change across local, national, and international scales, preparing graduates to work as regional-development analysts or advisors. The program can be completed full-time or part-time on UQAR's Rimouski campus.
