PGCert in Change Management

This second-cycle professional graduate certificate (15 credits) prepares current and future managers and consultants to lead organizational change. The curriculum develops the ability to identify organizational problems, design solutions suited to a given context, and manage their implementation successfully within an organization. The certificate is delivered part-time at the Gatineau campus, with intake in the Fall term only. Admission is open to holders of a specialized bachelor's degree or equivalent with a cumulative average of at least 3.2 on a 4.3 scale; candidates with an average between 2.8 and 3.2 and several years of relevant experience may also be admitted, subject to prerequisite coursework. Applicants without university studies but holding a college diploma may be admitted with at least twelve years of relevant and significant work experience in the discipline. All applicants must demonstrate adequate knowledge of French, the programme's language of instruction, and sufficient understanding of English.
