This certificate programme trains students as specialized managers in business technology management, preparing them for roles that bridge management and technology, such as digital advisor, business process analyst, or digital project manager. Over 30 credits, students develop expertise in process management, organizational digital transformation, business intelligence, systems architecture, and the configuration and use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The programme is offered part-time on the Gatineau and Saint-Jerome campuses and leads to a first-cycle Certificate. Admission is possible with a college diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 completed university credits and a stated minimum average, or on the basis of relevant knowledge together with at least twelve months of experience in a management-related position. Intake occurs in the Fall, Winter, and Summer terms.

Admission Requirements: Admission follows one of three routes: applicants may hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent; or have completed a minimum of 15 university credits with a general average of at least 2.0 on a scale of 4.3; or possess appropriate knowledge together with at least twelve (12) months of experience in a management-related position. Intake is offered in the Fall, Winter, and Summer terms.
