This bachelor's program (90 credits, approximately three years full-time) develops an autonomous artistic practice through studio-based instruction across drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, video, and new media. Coursework combines technical training, creative expression, theoretical reflection, and critical analysis, delivered mainly through workshop-format courses with individualized guidance from practicing artists. Students build a portfolio of work across multiple disciplines and mediums over the course of the program. Graduates pursue careers as independent artists or work in museology, cultural management, arts administration, or audiovisual production. Admission requires a portfolio of prior artistic work in addition to academic credentials. The program is taught in French, with an optional English-language pathway available for qualified students. Studio courses are offered mainly on campus, reflecting the program's emphasis on direct instruction and access to specialized equipment.
