Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a master's degree in political science or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum GPA of 3.33 on a 4.33 scale. Before applying, candidates must secure a faculty member willing to act as research supervisor and obtain written confirmation. The application must include a curriculum vitae, a one-page motivation letter, a five-page research project proposal, and two letters of recommendation. Non-francophone applicants must demonstrate French proficiency (TCF-TP score of at least 400/699 with at least 10/20 on written expression, or equivalent coursework) and English reading and speaking competency (VEPT score of at least 58/70, TOEIC score of at least 750/990, or equivalent coursework with a grade of C or higher).
